Using our 4 meter press brake, along with our punching tools, forming tools and our expansive knowledge of sheet metal welding we can fabricate the most complex parts. We’re expert in Stainless Steel, meaning that we can cut, fold, weld and polish any parts leaving a perfect finish in both satin and mirror. We work with not only Stainless Steel, but also Aluminium, Mild Steel, Brass, Copper and Zinc. Being experts in sheet metal fabrication, we can finish any part in the finish you require, including Satin finishes, Mirror finishes, Shot Blasting, Sand Blasting and Powder Coating. We’re not limited to this, we can also age brass and copper to give any part an antique or rugged look.

Finishing
Using so many different materials means we have great experience in finishing any material the way you want. We can achieve high mirror polishes on Stainless Steel, Aged finishes on Brass and Copper as well as finishes like Glass Beading, Powder Coating and Galvanising.
Tooling
Having access to CNC Mills and Lathes means we can produce tooling to suit any project. We can machine press tooling for custom radius’ or for intricate designs such as 3D pressed leaves. Utilising processes like machining our own tooling means we can cut costs and production times on certain parts depending on design and quantities
